Cookies are small data files transferred from the site to devices for archival purposes and to improve the functionality of the website and services.

How long will the personal data be retained?

I do not retain personal data longer than is necessary for the purposes mentioned above for data processing or as required by law and regulations. Service Delivery: When you purchase a Service from me, I process: first name, last name, email address, address, postal code, phone number, and data from the device from which the order or request was placed, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, and company name. I process this data to provide my services, and I may also be required to share data with third parties that I need to involve in order to perform my services. This data will be deleted after the assignment has been completed, unless I am required to retain this data for a certain period of time based on a legal obligation. Payments: Once you check out with me or an invoice needs to be sent, I process: your first name, last name, email address, address, postal code, phone number, and the specified IBAN number and the name of your bank. I must retain this data for at least seven years based on a legal obligation. Newsletter: For my newsletter, I only process your email address and (first) names. I retain this data until the moment you unsubscribe. Contact Form: If you have contacted me via the contact form, email, phone, or WhatsApp, I process the data you have provided. I process this data in order to respond. I will retain this data for at least five years so that I can recall what we discussed at a later time. I do not sell your personal data to third parties. I only share your personal data with other parties if it is really necessary for my services. Parties that gain access to your data may use this data only for the services on my behalf and considering the purposes mentioned above. With the third party that processes your personal data on my behalf, I conclude a data processing agreement.
